What’s included in our conference and events spaces?
With 29 spaces in a variety of sizes, we have a venue to suit every meeting style – from 6 to 300 people. Our conference suites are particularly suitable for clients looking for meeting and event spaces with all amenities located on-site and 330 acres of beautiful grounds to explore during downtime.
Our bright and airy Blair Atholl suite has been designed for larger meetings and events. The ultimate blank canvas space, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates. The state of the art hybrid technology available here really comes into its own in combined mode. Large dual Samsung 4K screens ensure content can be seen clearly from anywhere in the room and our two cameras with a simple digital touchscreen controller allow for high quality recording, streaming or hybrid conferencing.
With this technology, you can easily switch between views of the presenter and audience. A specialist microphone featuring “microphone misting” technology also ensures any speaker, almost anywhere in the room can be heard in the recording, stream or hybrid conference event.
For medium sized events you can choose to take either one half of the Blair Atholl, Wallace Monument or Hermitage Iona suite. Alternatively, the Glendevon and Lomond suites also have their own dedicated 4K screens and hybrid technology facilities.
For smaller meetings, interviews or small team get-togethers we have a number of additional suites to choose from including the Uist, Erskine, Fintry and Dollar suites which are all ideal options to consider. Our portable hybrid video units can be easily added, providing bespoke meeting room solutions tailored to your individual needs.

One of the highlights of our campus is Airthrey Loch, a serene body of water that serves as a focal point for both visitors and wildlife alike.
