Our larger Blair Atholl, Hermitage Iona & Wallace Monument suites can easily adapt to all layout configurations whilst offering a relaxing and spacious corporate event space. Our hotel event space accommodates up to 300 people and is the perfect setting for corporate meetings, larger private events, and conferences.

Whether you’d like to connect with a few colleagues over Microsoft Teams, or live stream your conference to a virtual audience, Stirling Court Hotel offers the perfect meeting space.

Diverse Event Spaces: Tailored to Your Every Need

The Stirling Court Hotel is part of the University of Stirling Venues portfolio of conference and event facilities. We are therefore able to offer a diverse range of event spaces across our campus, designed to accommodate a variety of occasions, from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences. Our unrivaled combination of exhibition space, lecture theatres and break out rooms can accommodate up to 2000 guests,  when used in conjunction with Stirling Court Hotel, this makes us the largest conference campus in Scotland.

In addition to the hotel’s own 29 conference spaces, the campus boasts 11 quality, award-winning lecture theatres, 70 conference spaces and meeting rooms and a number of exhibition spaces of varying sizes, ensuring our conference options are as extensive and diverse as our varied clients’ needs. Hi-tech presentation equipment, lecture theatre seating and classroom environments are all available to our clients here on campus. 

In addition to the above the Macrobert arts centre with its main auditorium for 468 and cinema for up to 145 guests can provide a dynamic environment for conferences, company-wide training seminars, product launches or special events that is sure to leave a lasting impression on attendees.

Day Delegate Conference Package

Our Day Delegate Package offers everything that you and your delegates may need throughout the day to create a productive working environment and includes the following:

  • Three servings of refreshments: Freshly brewed coffee, selection of teas (including fruit and herbal)
    • Arrival tea/coffee and biscuits
    • Mid morning tea/coffee and biscuits
    • Afternoon tea/coffee and cakes
  • Lunch - choice of hot and cold two course fork buffet lunch in the our Abbey Craig Restaurant or working buffet lunch served close to your meeting space
  • Conference room hire to suit your requirement (8 am – 5pm)
  • AV including Hybrid option
  • Water, notepads, flipchart(s) and pens in your conference room
  • Complimentary WiFi internet access across the site
  • Free car parking for 150 cars

Your Residential Conference Package

Require your delegates to stay over? Our Residential Packages are perfect for multi-day conferences and allow delegates to make full use of the facilities at Stirling Court Hotel

The Residential Package includes all of the elements of the Day Delegate Package with the following extras:
